Alternatives are tmof.co.uk and myprotien.co.uk both of who also get good reviews. Workout what you want... flavoured or unflavoured, which type of protien and how much you want, then shop around.

![]() | If you want cheap unflavoured whey protein, just go to the supplier, BACAREL and buy it there www.bacarel.co.uk Last edited by IMPI; 21-10-2004 at 11:59 PM. |

The details of what % protein it is, is on their website. They do a few different types of protien so it depends what you buy. I buy their 15kg sacks (although i think they only do em in tubs now). From memory its something like 70% protien. I just chuck 4 heaped 25g scoops in my blender and add 1 -> 3 25g scoops of their maltodextrin if need be. Add 1 pint of water and blend. Usually it froths up a bit so you can drink it straight away and it will fill up 2 pint glasses. Or, i usually leave it for 10mins to settle. Beauty of it, is that you can take as much or as little as you want. My example above for me would be about 100g protein. Probably more than you can actually use in one go, but for the cash, who cares. Id rather have too much than too little.
