| Program about natural training vs creatine Hey guys, did any of you happen to watch that T.V. program a few weeks back about a hockey team? Basically there was a bunch of average joe's (men and woman) who played for the local hockey team, they previously did no training or anything to get fit. What happened is half of them got a training instructor and were set a routine for a month, the other half just had to take creatine for the month, didn't have to do any training at all. At the start they had to do some laps/sprints and take down the times, then at the end of the month they had to do exactly the same and compare the results. Can you guess who won? The guys & gals taking creatine actually got better times (largest % difference compared to there previouse ones) than the people who were training for the month. I believe that this just shows how much difference that creatine can make, i mean one person had about a 35% increase in performance (and it was a woman!). So just imagine how much of a difference combining both together would make, and then make your decision, is creatine worth the £30 odd quid. I didn't think so at first, seemed like a waste of cash but after getting some decent stuff i was noticing better results during my training/cardio about 2 weeks after my first serving. |
