Adding this to my supps.I can get tabs from Holland and Barret for £3.49 or get it in the powder from which is a hell of a lot more expensive.So are the tablets as bio-available as the powder..

How may grams of L-glutamine per tab? Compare that to powder where I beleive 1gm of powder = 1gm of L-Glutamine.

Just went down to holland and barret during lunch had a look for ZMA and came across the l-glutamine in question. On special @ £3.49 for 50 capsules, 500mg per capsule equates to about 25gms of l-glutamine. That is not that cheap considering you would need to take around 10gms of l-glutamine per day. For £18 you can get 500gms of l-glutamine. Try one of these online stores http://www.musclechat.biz/ or www.muslechatshop.co.uk or www.venter.biz or www.gsn.biz I am sure other readers may also be able to recommemend a similar store where you could get L-glutamine from.
