Animal as in Animal Pak's?
Animal is a product line, the brand is Universal Nutrition...though everyone refers to them as animal.
I've used Animal Pak, and Animal Pump. Pump was good - convenient since it came in a sachet of pills, so you could carry them in your pocket and didn't have to mix a drink or anything if you're going to the gym straight before work. You could also take the stims out of it (useful if working out late) by removing the red pill.
Animal Pak is just a very high quality, very full multi-vit - includes some performance enhancers like ginseng, as well as some EFA's and pretty high doses on all the vitamins and minerals.
