Now, I ordered some things from a site which I'm only calling AN. Along with these, another lot of things I clicked on to order took me through to what I'm assuming is a sister site where this stuff is sold; we'll call the site CS.

I ordered from both sites on 8th July with estimated airmail delivery of 5-8 days. I got emails from both sites on 9th saying they had been shipped. On the 14th or 15th I got what I had ordered from AN, the envelope marked with the country of origin.

On the 19th I emailed CS explaining I hadn't received my order, I got a reply on the 20th telling me it had definately sent and it would be here in the next few days. A week on, I'm still waiting.

Advice? Email again mentioning I got what I ordered from AN without any delays or don't mention it? Or give it a few more days?

air mail can b a nightmare,, id give it another week and see how it goes from there, i know blokes who have done the same thing and basically resigned them selfs tothinkin they have been scammed, then 6 weeks later the parcel comes to the door

The last item I ordered from the USA took around 6-7 weeks to get to me. So keep that in mind, as above airmail can be a nightmare.

I had problems with loads like that mate.

Always buy on credit card so you can simply charge it back and get money back when you need to

I stick with monstersupplementstore now cause their tracking service is quiet unbelieveable. Never had such a good service including a text the day its coming so i know to stay in

no its not illegal what i was getting from there but it also sells things that are, so i'm not posting the full details.

Well if you paid on debit or credit card and you dont receieve your stuff i just call the bank and do a charge back ...... money back .

One answer may be Customs , I know alot of people buying Protein from USA and are not advsied and / or don't know that it is illegal for anyone to import Milk Proteins into the EU without a liscence . Customs have really cracked down on this and alot of other supplements not compliant or legal in UK and conviscate ( sp ) your shipment and just don't tell you .

If its much longer contact customs if they have it you will have lost it and probably your money but at least you will know
