fast acting carbs
currently been using maltodextrin. just wondering is maltodextrin bad for your teeth? i worry alot about my teeth as they are quite bad lol been thinking to change to wms. what does wms taste like as i quite like the taste of maltodextrin

i was only considering changing as i thought maltodextrin might be bad for my teeth...

WMS or cornflour just tastes like flour in water simple as that, i have be using the former for a few months now and i am used to it. It is very cheap.

I would guess that malto is bad for your teeth and WMS is better.
