Headaches with Creatine

Has anyone has headaches when taking Creatine ??
Maybe it is just a coincidence but on my 3rd day of loading now and seen to have headaches since...

yeah you will do if your not drinking enough especially when your exrecising at the same time! i constantly drink like a fish now mate! its beacause creatine causes extra water to flow to your cells!

yeah, that would makes sense. I had a couple headaches here and there when loading, but i never thought it was the creatine doing it.

i used to get them as well, but since i switched to the BODYFUEL gear, no probs, they reckon it was probably mild de-hydration, drink plenty of water, also is loading a marketing myth? i reckon it is.

Thats the same as me mate but i also started to get some nasty spots after 2weeks of use then give up! how much are people drinking aways cause i drank 2l of water a day?

i have a pint of water when i get up and a pint with every meal thats 6 so far and a litre at the gym


thats about 4lt a day mate, sometimes more

Since i have stopped loading the headaches have gone away, wether this is coincidence or not i dont know !!!

Dont you guys find your constantly wanting the toilet on that much water, I try to drink a lot but especially being on the road it becomes a pain in the ar**,
Somedays i only drink about 2 litres, do you reckon that will affect to creatine performance ??
