V12 Turbo

Just ordered some V12 Turbo by SAN. I know a certain memeber on here loves the stuff, just wondered if it is like usual creatine, as in 20 - 25g loading then 5g a day?

hoping to see strngth gains and up the weight on lifts.

Ill try staying away from the coffee which will be hard!

I've just ordered some too mate - previously used the normal V12.
It comes with a scoop in the tub, take one before training and one about an hour after - on non training days take one when you wake up.

TBH I found the cheapo creatine from the dreaded H&B just as effective, I use the V12 now coz of the glutamine in there. Don't expect massive strength gains though.

Oh - it tastes like sh1te as well!

Might work for you mate - I've used creatine for about 5 years now, might be immune to the stuff!

Still tastes sh1te though - no getting away from that!

fits,

im taking swole at the moment which is working really well for me and is very similar to V12 turbo, in my research i did come across few people who didnt get that much benefit from these 'advanced creatines' however the majority did - so you should be ok, let me know how it goes bcoz i want to try that next after i finish swole.

I've been using the original V12 for about a year now and had excellent gains in muscle mass and overall strength. The orange flavour isnt to bad either.

I'm about 2 try the new V12 Turbo myself so will be keen 2 see how you get on.

I do have to agree, it won't suit everybody, it just a case of suck it n see.

Didn't have any jabs - depends where you go, I was down on the Red Sea Coast so it's all 5 star hotels, very clean.

I can honestly say it was the hottest place I've ever been too, and i've travelled a lot, in October I reckon you'll be looking at late 30Cs.

The Egytians are ace!! Really nice people, just don't ask for camels for your bird - they take it seriously, I got in a right load of bother!!

They have exactly the same ingredients but the V12 Turbo is more potent because it has them in larger quantities.

Well for one, I love V12 and I myself did see some strength gains on it. I do like the taste of the orange flavor. It will taste nasty if you dont use enough water. But it does have taurine in it and L-Glutamine which is good taking first thing in the morning.
I feel (although I have not tried all creatine products) that V12 is my favorite. It is a little bit pricey but I love that stuff.
The only thing if it sits for awhile it tends to get hard and turn color. I dont know why that is.
