Out of date Whey
Got an unopened tub of whey it expired Oct07, I think it will be fine but just thought i'd check on here first ?

Would be interested in any answer here as my mate asked me the same thing, he has a tub 3 months out of date.
How long have you had the whey though? The date on mine is 2011!!!

I would take it, wash it down with some old water and some out of date vitamins plus a bit of old creatine I have in the back of the cupboard. Just to top it off like.

The perfect out of date combo lol

Old shop stock mate can't be sold so was gonna use it myself

I would use it, but down it at a quicker rate, justincase it doesnt work, maybe buy more protein powder and use that as the main after gym usages but use the out of date protein for just between meals as an extra

You'll know if it has gone bad by the smell and consistency of the powder.
