 | First Post :-) Evening all, This is my first bodybuilding forum i've joined and I hope the only one i'll ever need to  .Ok, if I can get straight to the point, basically what it is i've been going to the gym for about a year now and I know there has been some improvement is my physique - but the the thing is I rarely see the change in myself other do, I have ppl coming up to me in the gym call me ' BIG MAN' and I keep thinking there taking the proverbial..cause I look at them and they seem to me to have the body I want but i've been told by members there my body look just as good if not better cause i'm toned ( a bit  ). Anyway I'm going on a bit here, what I want is a product which of cause is legal but will enhance my stamina and strength resulting in a better physique. Currently what I use is a product called No-Explode, I've also used Beta X which was ok, but surely there is something that does exactly what it says on the tin. I've been looking @ Plasmavol but like most product they promise the world but limited results. Is there a product that has the general consensus of being the product to go for. I train hard but i'd like to train HARDER  Cheers. |

I wanted to stay away from roids as I don't know enough about em, as well as having a major dislike to needles  . But I did search up what was mentioned about Methyl and I must say looks promising - shame I didn't know about it before I ordered the Morph but i'll see how that is first and review the situation there after. Guys I must say I have a smile on my face, it looks like this forum has much to offer and this is just my first week here . | |
