Boditronics!
just got my mass attack, strawberry flavoured, smells lush whereas most sups ive had (wheys) smell of a strong egg, this may be because its a mass gainer though

havent tried it yet, will do when i get in tonight, and shall update if i get any good weight gains over the next month or so

also comes with a brochure and guess whos in it, our own luke hehehe

ooohh and 2 days delivery and well packaged, cant argue!

shall let ya know how it tastes

Yes I'm in the brochure. A few people I train got them through the post as they use boditronics on my advice and they were shocked to see me in it LOL.

The Mass Attack is lovely in any flavor but I'm a sucker for Toffee.. I mix it in with Oats and I could seriously eat it over any pudding.

oats 100g 60g carbs 2 scoop mass attack 30g prot, 55 carbs 6.3g fat 457 cals plus whatever is in 100g of oats

taste lush!

not as sweet as ON strawberry, but i think its nicer that way, more mild

also its very thin and doesnt stain the inside on the shaker, which must also be good for me lol

shall be using it in my post workout shake, as it contains carbs i shall just remove the banana from the shake, otherwise we are easily talking carbs nearing 300 and over 1000 cals..... surely thats not very efficient, might be wrong though

I really rate boditronics, brought 6 tubs of express whey last month, still got 4 left. Taste so nice and use their whey to make my own protein bars now. Also their protein bars are lush!!!! I have only heard good things about their mass gainer! But now being on a diet I cant try it :(

Lost Soul - I can't help being a pocket size stud mate it's just genetics ;).. No amount of hair straightners, gel.. SURGERY!! will do you justcie LOL

As for Red Mist.. It's a great product. Really has a good kick to it. I'm sure if you send an email to Boditronics any of you can get hold of a sample. I also use the BCAA tablets pre and post workout. They come in a chewable form, chocolate (reminds me of nesquick) and rasberry, both lovely.

One of the best supps firms, the mass attack is just right IMO, all the right quantities are there and one of best tasting Ive had, I pop 3 raw eggs in mine on a morning and can't even tell there, there.
