Re: SCI MX PROTEIN

1 write in English
2 Give people time to respond
3 the shake is fine, its a quality product but not the crux of your gains
4 a stone of weight could be fat, fat and water, fat, muscle and water, before or after PCT so no idea?

Stick a picture or measurements up and people can have a wild guess

Re: SCI MX PROTEIN

Change the pretty good diet into an excellent one.

Train 3 -4 times a week and concentrate on compound moves.

Rest plenty

Imo,you have gone for the quick fix by taking test and deca, going off your current stats you could have attained your goal by taking the above advice and being more patient.

Thats not English, it looks like a child is posting. End of the day mate as I said yesterday you arent really clued up, yet have an oppurtnity whilst waiting for people to respind to read up.
Go back to the basics, learn from the bottom up, by the time you have the basics you will know what to use, what to expect and how to use responsibly

I know its not what you want to hear but its logic and reality

Re: SCI MX PROTEIN

I meant a stone before pct of mainly muscle, but i know i will retain some water. So is this a reasonable gain for my cycle, given my stats and diet.?

Sorry for all the questions but iam getting the answers on here, rather than reading through pages upon pages of info.

I have done some research, but as u say iam obviously not no where near most of you guys. And am a little lazy !

Hence the questions

But surely you should know about taking multi vits and CLO before gear? anyway, Im done with the preaching as i suppose you are no different to every other kid wanting to learn the harder way....so onto the question

I doubt it, a stone of muscle alone is lot but you are small in relative terms anyway so newbie gains may support increased tissue but nobody can give you an answer as its down to calories, metabolism, rest, training and so on

Yes it shows in your lack of knowledge and what you read on net forums is often peoples oopinion rather than the correct info

Few tips.

Spend the weekend or an evening learning the basics and not be lazy, it may have you think diffrently about things, just expecting to be spoon fed, bumping threads after an hour or so because your lazy isnt the ideal way to learn

plenty of good reading here and from people like chris aceto, mark rippetoe and bill starr.

Your call
