| Re: have a look please all i want really is a good protien drink. tending to go for the 10lb bag of on 100 % whey gold. any good in your opinion, its a good read on the label [not that i understand it  ]. i look for the protien to serving size, taste and price.can someone twist my arm and try this. any views,opinions taken on board. thanks |

  | Re: have a look please Dymatize gets some bad rep RE protein content but is fine the CR2 is fine but generallyan expensive way to get creatine AAs, not really needed but OK, dont know the brand pro lab glutamine, not fussed but some like it the price is ok, but i wouldnt use Jm nutrition
