| ;-) | Re: Serious Mass Love it.What does a picture prove really because lets say a guy posts and hes huge and ripped but as dumb as a sack of nails and has a trainer help him get to that size what can he offer.....not a lot in my opinion. Now how about the actual trainer like the guys that coach the top pros, are they massive no they are not but do they know about how the body works yes they do |

You will lay fat down if you have one serving in a go" Agreed. Not much use any other way. Regarding the "post a pic smarty pants" issue; it's funny. I knew quite a lot when i was a fat bastard at 135kg. I knew a lot more when I was a pretty lean 14 stone a while later. I know even more now as an out of shape slob who has just started training again. Now, back when I was big and strong, people would watch me train with the big lifts and then ask for advice on the gym floor. No-one who saw my "physique" would speak to me. When I got leaner, no-one approached me on the gym floor cause I wasn't lifting monster weights...but people starting striking up conversations and asking advice about diet in the changing room. Nowadays no-one gives a **** either way, and 18 yr old gym bunny JJB fitness instructors offer me "advice" like I was any other newb. Hope that provides some insight. G

| Its a Natural Tan :P | Re: Serious Mass Question, I see people mention that make the shake and sip it through out the day, now why is it some products say consume within 30mins of mixing. I cant work it out, whats going to be different after 30mins of protein mixed with milk? is it going to degreade and not contain enough i doubt that. If i could mix a large shake in the morning (litre for example) then sip through out the day in the office would that be a problem? i know ill need to reshake before drinking as it will all settle.

Human digestion system was made to prefer solids. This is also the issue with other nutrients found in food Vs shakes

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: Serious Mass A lad i work with always struggled to put on weight (because he wasnt eating). So i suggested a weight gainer and to have it after a meal not because its better that way but because when i have done it in the past (when i was 16, a long time ago) i seemed to get hungry quicker so i put this to him. He started but on serious mass, i laughed but he has put on alot of weight and fat at the same time. The problem is now he is eating loads and wont stop having his shake after his meals no matter what i say...its funny. He just eats sh!t aswel. The other day he had a subway then walked to mcdonalds and had 2 quarter pounders then has his serious mass. About 3000+ cals in the space of 30mins. He wont listen and he is now a porker !

![]() | Re: Serious Mass Been taking serious mass for a couple of weeks now. At first i went with the suggested serving of 2 scoops, this filled my usn shaker up to around 3/4 full of powder, and when mixed it was like trying to drink an average sized birthday cake blended with cement, and i always felt sick after drinking even a quarter of it. I take half a serving now and for some reason it fulls me up for ages, to the extent that even taken immediatly post workout, even after going for a swim sauna and shower then driving home i still struggle to eat a meal. Think i will be switching products sometime in the near future! |
