![]() | When to take creatine? Right now i'm on my maintenance stage. 5 grams just before workout and 5 grams a few hours after workout! Is this the most effective way plus i mix it with water? Also do you need to take it every day even for example the days your resting? Cheers

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | id say 5 gm once a day is enough. id take it straight after a work out and first thing in the morning if its a rest day. id also take it with apple/grape juice (something that contains sugers to get it into your system quicker. |

![]() | on training days take 5gms creatine 1 1/2 -2 hours before you train, on non training days take 5gms first thing in the morning, cycle this to suit you, but 4-6 weeks on, then 4 weeks off is about right. hope this helps m8 |
