Hi has anyone had any trouble with orders lately?
I ask because i ordered on the 22nd and paid nearly £7 for next day delivery and on their site it still says it is being picked, when all of the stuff i ordered said in stock when i ordered .
I've tried twice to contact them via e-mail as this is the only option and i have received no replies

No mate, i placed my order on the 21st and it came on the 23rd..

The website still hasnt been updated but the stuff came on time!

I have had slow ones in the past though and the biggest ballache with them is that theres no contact numbers.

We have had a couple of system errors recently which has meant that a few batches of orders havent had their status' updated on the web even though they have actually been dispatched. Can you let me know your order number and i will check it out right away. From what i can see no next day delivery orders are waiitng to be dispatched and all have gone on time.

BUlk powders are good imo

I had a problem with them a while ago when something broke in transit but they soon sorted it,

They are far better than most of the cowboys out there flogging supps..

The shipping method selected on this was Royal Mail 1st Class (not guaranteed next day) so our RM account manager is currently looking into what has happened to the parcel now. If they cannot locate it we will reship the goods to you.

Hi i ordered on the 27/5/08 says its still being picked, but as it says 48 delivery well its been longer than 48 hrs. where are they picking it from? either that or its on a snails back. my order number is bp516451 just in case anyone sees it. lol

48hr delivery once they hand it to the shippers, not from time of ordering.

if they are still 'picking' the supplements then you cant recieve them in 48hrs.

I have just checked your order and it was actually placed on the 28th at around half 2 in the afternoon, so not due for dispatch until the 29th and delivery today... unfortunately the warehouse have been pretty overrun end of last week but it is definitely going out today for delivery to you tomorrow (a day late)... sorry for any inconvenience caused.
