Zone bars.............

I dont like the idea of meal replacements myself.
It just takes a few minutes to whip up something that has nutritional value.

Even an apple with a small can of albacore and some fish oils makes a great meal.

Re: Meal Replacements??????

Reflex do a really good one - Progen. It contains very low GI carbs, so excellent for between meals.

CNP also do a very good one, not tried it so can't comment on taste. The Reflex one is a bit oaty.

Personally I used to love the original Met-RX MRP's since they're nice and thick. Ingredients wise, things have moved on, but taste wise...still nice and filling!

Serious?
Damn, they are 22 gram (protein) little cans that have pull tops to make it easy to open, I just squirt some hot sauce and eat them with an apple and a few fish oils or some almonds, makes for an awesome meal.

I cant believe you guys dont have that.
Solid white albacore is pretty good stuff.

Re: Meal Replacements??????

CNP is good but doesnt mix well so you need a blender

MRPs IMO are just fancy Mass Gainer drinks which you can make yourself by halfing a Mass Gainer dose (normally 80g carbs and 50g protein) and adding a scoop of protein and then putting in a Zipo bag. And you've saved yourself a few quid.

If you follow that rule then True Mass, Extreme Mass, Inner Armour BBing Gainer, CNP Pro Mass all good ideas

Think the gold plated version of Macys where everything is just that bit more expensive but carrying the selfridges bag it comes in makes it worth it for some people

UK based middle/upper class department store

i think it was set up by a north american originally
