ECA question and weight loss result

Hi guys, i posted a few weeks ago on here and cant seem to find the thread. Anyway not to worry.

At the end of Christmas i weighed 22 stone 8, currently today i go 20 stone. Was just doing mainly cardio, small light weights at home.

Hit a bit of a point where i want to loose weight a bit faster, i have ordered some 30mg Eph and was wondering what mg asprin to take with em, think i am right in saying 200mg caff to complete a stack.

Not great pics but here is a shot from a video i made (easy not that type!) and a recent pic !

Also joined a gym (Agila in Billericay) and will start to incorp some weights? Thoughts on that also, good idea or stick with the cardio and loose as much fat as poss?

Cheers guys /girls really appriciate your comments.

Re: ECA question and weight loss result

Add the weights work.
Dont start the ECA yet, really no need.
Do a solid 3x/wk whole body weights routine, low rest periods, moderate weights, moderate (10-15) reps and focus on getting hot, breathless etc. Work quickly, move quickly between exercises etc - all bussiness!

done like this a 30-40 minute session will burn a massive amount of calories both during and after the session, whilst building enough muscle mass to bring up your BMR a little and build some underlying muscle tissue. The post exercise calorie burn plus the added muscle tissue will be enough to get speed up your weight loss again.

Batter on at that for 6-8 weeks, then consider carb cycling diet or CKD or similar if you are not already using one.

Keep that going for another 8-12 weeks or so THEN if you are slowing / sticking (ie cant lose 1lb a week whilst hitting the weights 3x/week + multiple CV sessions per week + carb cycling or CKD diet) THEN consider adding stimulants such as an ECA stack.

Just my 2p's worth from experience. Congrats on the weight loss, looking much better and no doubt feeling much better for it to!

G

Re: ECA question and weight loss result

Cheers Wee, sound advice, I must admit i am a bit worried about using the eph for many reasons, side effects and whether what i have bought it actually eph (said it was pure 30mg) so will do as suggested. Will keep them in the drawer when they get here!
Cheers
Gary

Re: ECA question and weight loss result

No worries mate, and good progress - pop up an update every now and again and check the diet section for plenty good info regarding carb cycling diets. PScarb is especially knowledgable wrt this.

Give a yell if you want someone to look over your weights routine btw.

Cheers,
G
