![]() | Re: WHICH ONES ARE GOOD best to keep changing mix things up a bit dont let your body get into a routine i does depend on what is best for you dont do what everyone else does as acids and such like are suplements try them for a bit one type at a time see which ones work for you then find a product sutable for you otherwise you can end up blowing a lot of cash for very little gain also there is no substitute for good food if you can afford it stick to a good protine shake just after you train and keep small meals going in four or more a day dont let body get hungry |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: WHICH ONES ARE GOOD Personally I'm not a fan of whey isolate due to its digestion time being so fast. I would always recommend a blend of protein sources, even if its a blend of wheys. We use 2 concentrates and an isolate in our Performance Whey so i9t staggers the absorption time. I personally like multi source protein blends due to them having the potential to have a complete amino acid profile.

I also said in terms of flavour and quality. In terms of flavour, I think it's one of the tastiest available. So does everyone else I've met who tried it. Even my fiance's mother likes the strawberry flavour, and she's a non-bodybuilding 48yr old woman. In terms of quality, ON are like Reflex in that they have their own factory, and have been producing this stuff for years. If you can show that it is in anyway lower in quality than anything else on the market, I'd be amazed. Why do you think Boditronics and Extreme are better, is an equally valid question?

The strawberry ON is gorgeous now. Not sure if the formula's changed. I'm on the Rocky Road now and that's pretty lush too. Not sure on choc, haven't tried that in a yr or so.

I think the ON's a great product, and I doubt anyone on this board of elsewhere could prove different.
