myprotein supplements

Ive started using them last week and think they are decent and at a very good price.

Anyone else use myprotein and what do you think?

Re: myprotein supplements

I have used Adonis, Bulkpowders and Myprotein, and Myprotein is my favourite.

Re: myprotein supplements

I use my protein for most things.

The delivery times last year were a bit shocking but they have improved that side of things dramatically now.
The only product I am not sure about is their cee which stinks of fish when you open the container!

It does work though...

Re: myprotein supplements

good value fir the budget unflavoured whey, but if flavouring added it reduces savings? could almost get prepackaged type wheys for the same price
But they do seem to have an immense collection of products at myprotein to fully tailor your powders.

Re: myprotein supplements

Solid enough products

Some work out very well in terms of cost, others you can now find cheaper for branded stuff with cheap offers and free postage

Overall very happy to use them

Re: myprotein supplements

Used them for a number of years now for there protein, as i love the 'flavour' of the un-flavoured whey, both concentrate and isolate. It makes a lovely paste which is great as a pudding.

A local Supplement shop owner told me ( this was about 4 years ago ) he had it on good info that whey protein from internet sites was of a poor quality catering whey. His source was apparently an ex employee of one ( NOT MY PROTEIN I MUST ADD ). I suggest he may just of been a bitter ex employee.

I spoke to My Protein regarding this and they were happy to provide me with a Certified Amino profile of their protein. This was still dissed by the shop owner who then stated they could be bought over the net from unscrupulous scientists and the likes of.

Credit to My Protein as they were willing to pay for any analysis required and wanted to go to court with this fellow.

Needless to say i remained with My Protein as was always happy with what i got and as it happens received my protein and WMS today, two days after ordering, woohoo, happy days.

Now all i need is a sponsorship from them, now that would be nice

Re: myprotein supplements

As many people know I am lucky enough to be sponsored by Myprotein and one of the reasons I approached them in the first instance was their range is SO extensive and I had used them in the past.

Their 'customiser' is fantastic and enables you to create whatever supplements you want in whatever combinations you want. If you have a great supplement that another company makes them you can create the same product at a price of around 50% less.

For people looking for a more bespoke product then check out their ever growing MP MAX range or their very own formulas, which all use the latest cutting edge ingredients that are sourced from suppliers all over the world.

If you go to www.myprotein.co.uk you can check out all of their products and believe me it will take you a day to trawl through them all!!!

I ordered my supplements this week on tuesday and they arrived the next day on the wednesday; cant ask fairer than that

Personally I cant fault them and I would have said that before I was sponsored as I had used them many times prior and was alwya impressed with the level of customer care and more importantly the quality of the supplements on sale.

Re: myprotein supplements

They have a good range of decent quality supplements.

I'm not the biggest fan as They often take too long with delivery. I waited 1 week for my last delivery to arrive and It was short of items. To be fair this was sorted out quite quickly, but what annoys me is that they think that waiting a week + for your order is ok......not up to the levels of customer service I expect as a consumer!

If I can buy the supp's for the same price or cheaper with guaranteed next day or the day after delivery then I go elsewhere nowadays.

Another problem I have is that I would like them to be more pro-active with there approach to pricing. The are not very consumer minded these days. They recently reduced there price of OKG as a reactive measure to several other suppliers being lower on price than them with what I believe is a better product in one of the cases.

All things balanced out, I give them a 7/10.

Re: myprotein supplements

I agree team 1 their price match system is anti competitive and designed to keep prices in europe higher than nessasery. There inhouse knowledge seems to be poor as they seem to often sell sub standard products whilst not knowing about it .

Their delivery has never been an issue with me, infact it's always been good.

I cant fault them if James here uses and loves them!

I am using their whey protein flavoured costing 22 pounds, and it mixes really well and tastes as good as the n large shakes I use, so I am happy.

Re: myprotein supplements

I've had a number of issues with delivery from myprotein, but I have to say my last order arrived very, very quick.

The products are generally excellent so if they have finally sorted out the delivery problems then they should go from strength to strength.
