Thanks for all the comments guys and gals, i don't have much confidence in them at the mo, but i have phoned them today and they say it was despatched 2 days ago and i should get it today, i'll wait and see.

yeah i live around the corner from the warehouse so i used to pop in and pick up some stuff!! but now i've found bulk powders i wouldnt bother going again.

My products allways arrived on time and well packed. I did have trouble getting a free item of him once though. All in all its an ok service, communication is poor ime.
