![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Hi sorry if this is in wrong forum, first post! THERMOBOL + T5 Hi there!...looks like a great place to get/give advice etc...so firstly just to say hi ![]() Could anybody help me with the following please regarding 'diet' pills About 1 year ago I started to take T5 after losing just under 5 stone through cutting out crap food and exercising on a regular basis but could not get rid of the last 2 stone no matter how hard I worked out reaching a weight loss plateau. I never even knew that things like T5 existed until someone at the gym suggested it, but was keen to give it a go if it would help with shifting the last stubborn 2 stone. Anyway to cut a long story short I started taking them and teamed with lots of exercising (2 hour fatburn session per day) and walking at every given opportunity instead of driving I lost approx 1 1/2 stone in 3 weeks! As you can imagine I was sooooo pleased but after going on holiday and slipping back into old food habits, I put a couple of the stone back on! (only myself to blame I know but frustrating all the same!)Anyway I have managed (again) to lose most of the weight but am once more stuck trying to shift the last stone and half ![]() I was recently told by someone to try Thermobol which they said was 'safer' than T5 but I was sooo pleased with the results of T5 that I would like to try it again My question is...can Thermobol and T5 be taken together, and if they can, is it more 'risky' health wise and would it be better to have one rather than the other? ...and also can they be taken with anti-depressents (Citalopram)? Anyway, sorry to go on in my first post ...just would really love to get some advice if possible from people who have been there and done that. Thanks! ![]() ![]() |

THERMOBOL + T5 Welcome Im sure the post shall get moved for you OK, thermobol is poor in terms of weight loss, the only issue is with caffeine overload using both T5 and thermobol BUT the long term use of eph is related to issues with anxiety so im not sure re anti-depressents Your better off weight training and doing a little cardio

THERMOBOL + T5 Hi, I would like to say that you could use them together, but I would be wrong as these things work differently on different people, I have used Thermobol, found my body tempreture rose and I lost weight. But my friends didn't have the same effect. I would try and train the stomach to accept less, which I found much better in the long run. Good luck |
