Cortisol

I've done some reading on this and it does appear to have a muscle-wasting effect. However, is this effect hyped up ? I suppose my question would be is it worth investing in a Cortisol Blocker ?

Have any of you ever tried a cort-blocker with any sort of noticeable difference ?

Thanks in advance

Re: Cortisol

Phosphatidylserine works well in large doses but is still ****ing in the wind compared to anti-catabolic effects of vitamin T.

Re: Cortisol

The amount of cortisol controll you actualy get from all the above is so minimal its far more effective to just use relaxation techniques or avoid stress.
