Re: fat burners

"Fat Burner" is a decieving term, no supplement actually 'burns fat' they can help raise the metabolism but this will only work if you have a good diet.

Re: fat burners

At 13% bodyfat I wouldnt bother with a fat burner I would be more concerned with muscle degeneration due to the injury

have to disagree both sida and ephedra have alkaloids that present more sides than ephedrine hcl.

the extraction process of these two herbs varies a lot. the two primary alkaloids are psuedoephedrine and ephedrine (psuedoephedrine is generally more prevelant)

Re: fat burners

Glucorell (r-lipoic and biotin would be a better choice than gynnema- though they could also be stacked)

coleus has bioavailability issues, though it can be a decent cAMP elevator (combination xanthines are probably more effective)

with green tea the most important thing is EGCG content (otherwise its second main benefit is from caffeine content)

polymerized polyphenols vs. catechins or polyphenols, males or females?

the only study that seems to indicate metabolic superiority is a japanese study in women, which appeared in a paid publication.

not to say that this area does not need more study, research and comparison. however, EGCG is by far more established by non biased research.

yohimbine (oral or topical) will make ephedrine more like clen with respect to lipolytic effect. As clenbuterol, a pure beta 2, does not have the alpha 2 negative interaction that ephedrine does (yohimbine ameliorating this).

oral yohimbine with ephedrine can easily be overstimulating, though some people will love it.

for fat loss purposes EC + topical Y (yohimburn) is significantly superior.

For stimulant/jacked purposes EC + oral Y is stronger, note- this combination can cause dangerous rise in BP as adversely affect heart rhythm .
