Cissus 11% Keto Dose? - UK-Muscle Body Building Community

Don't ask why but for some strange reason I have just bought 100g of the Cissus Powder and not the caps Doh!

Does anyone know the dose to take, the baest time to take it and how to disguise that rather unusual taste.

I would just cap it yourself mate.

I've just started taking some myself. Im taking about 2g a day although I know some people take more. Works out expensive for the higher dose though so I'm going to see how I get on with 2g a day.

11% is underdosed IMO, you can get 50% caps for America for about 10-15 quid per 100. You'll need 3 grams at that percentage to get it's healing effects and a lot more to get it's anti catabolic qualities.

It's very hard to cap and broke my capping machine as it's so sticky and seems to suck in moisture out of the air.

I don't believe it to be underdosed. USPlabs claim to have a much "purer" extract than other cissus, using their patented extraction process, utilising only the ketosterones necessary for the effects required.

USPlabs had a 90% extract months and months ago; if they felt their's was underdosed im sure they would have released something far stronger as they certainly have the extract perfected and ability to do so.

1. He didn't mention it was cissus Rx by USP, I agree usp are a top company and their stuff works. Do you know it's that for sure?

2. No it was myprotein's cissus that broke my capping machine.

Cissus is horrible stuff to cap, I would definitely go for the ready capped stuff, great supp though.

It ain't nice tasting but I'm cracking on with it at 3g a day, it's Bulkpowers stuff. Been taking it about a week now hope to see some results very soon (please LOL).

Mine was Bulkpowders too, worked very well for me at 4g per day, better than anything ever has.

I haven't tried other stuff , but instead use the Nutraplanet 50% cissus caps which work very well.

I would imagine that 50% of an active ingredient is of more value than a lower level.

If I am wrong, please explain!
