Which protein?

Hi everyone, im looking to buy a new whey protein but theres so much out there i cant decide! Ive narrowed it down to Reflex instant whey, Optimum Nutrition, Phd Pharma Whey or Myproteins impact whey (which i am using now). Ive been training for 5 months now, have seen decent gains nd im just trying to get a bit bigger but i put weight on fairly easily!

What do you think would be best in your opinions?

Thanks alot

Re: Which protein?

I have tried the reflex whey but found it very powdery.
Myproteins whey is also good but dont like the flavours much.

I am using USN pure protein atm which is quite expensive but mixes well and tastes lovely.

Re: Which protein?

Welcome mate
just buy any quality powder to add to your diet
Nothing in real time terms is going to give any better results than the next when purchasing quality whey

Re: Which protein?

the ON one is very tasty in Strawberry

All are pretty good brands - I tend to just switch about from month to month for the change.

Re: Which protein?

Just started using the Phd Synergy iso-7 all in one, double chocolate cookie flavour - best tasting shake if have ever tried! They do a whey protein aswell. They also do chocc mint and strawberry cheesecake. Bit pricey but tastes fab!!!

Re: Which protein?

pharma whey tastes good, but not a good quality IMO...same with reflex.I wouldnt use myprotein they dont deliver on time and underweigh the amount you get.I'd go with ON and if you can afford it i'd always go with isolate, unless you're using it before bed then casein would be better.....but thats another story

Re: Which protein?

reflex use the best quality whey there is.... the whey can be watery but thats added to water, ive never heard powdery? i found usn pure protien repulsive if its the 1 with soya init there whey is ok though

most reflex also has pro biotics and digestivums with glut peptides and they also make isolate

reflex all day long

Certainly not but what you have stated holds no water unless you have something to back it up.
By what measures are you analysing the quality of reflex whey?
