Xanthan gum???

I've just received my Xanthan gum from myprotein and there isn't any instruction on when or much to take????
Any advice is appreciated.

Are you using it to increase fibre intake? if so just take it when required, ie 10g in the morning. Wont matter how much water you mix with, just increase general water intake around the time taking it/
