Re: fat burners

pscarb wrote the diet out for a guy in the same position as me, he wasnt a bb or even close to. figure pscarb wouldnt give a guy a diet that didnt suit, ie he aint gave a 12/13stne guy with 15%bf a diet that a 250lbs guy would be using

You do not need that diet, bottom line and i will debate this if you want to link paul in to the thread

Re: fat burners

you may be right i may not need it to be this strict but surley no harm in it ? in not trying to argue i know more im just interested. i just figure a low cal diet will work but so would this?? it maybee a bit hard core but yet im in a picckled position as my hol is in 5 weeks and would like some definition, as iv said im average size but would rather be av size with low bf% than av bf%

i use to do similar when a kickboxing comp poped up out the blue , i knew low cal would work but i would just do extreames to make sure albe it with muscle loss mainly but i would make weight, now its similar circumstance

Re: fat burners

Thing is, I am a fat mofo. So things that work for me might be different. Every time I have lost weight has been mainly due to cardio.... Diet helped, the pills maybe on a psycological level

10g whey am upon waking 40 min walk (not doing this until the fat levels have dropped a lot )
Eat a calorie defosit of possibly 1000 a day - this is roughy what I am doing a day.
1 hour PM Cardio - cross trainer, my MMA fighting on a Mon and Thurs with kick boxing.
I drink green tea, does it help? Dont know apparently it helps speed up metabolism.
And as said atm I am taking 4 lipo 6x a day.

Now I am doing a TKD. But I have also lost weight on a different diet first time round. Cutting down the carbs hugely after 2pm(4pm) latest.

Lost is prob more helpful in this instance than me. My diet is no where near perfect but it works for me.

Re: fat burners

Ok first off don't steal a diet of someone else and expect it to suit you then don't start throwing my name around as if i said this diet was fine....

you are 175lbs so the most protein you should use is 260g but this diet gives around 320g...diets are individual so please link me to the thread where the guy is who i suggested this diet to...

as for gear yes i think your weight and muscle mass you are taking to much gear....

Re: fat burners

yeah i mean i know people say this will work or that will but, i just dont see the harm in being over strict and really tight with the diet and training, and the fat burners is just for a extra bang.

ok first off sorry about using your name, and it seemed like the diet was a simple diet to follow so thought id use it, as i just stumbled across when searching for some info.

and im not actually using anything except drive and rpm which i ad a bottle of each spare, well and green tea which is actually quite enjoyable

Ok lets establish your knowledge level on the matter

do you know the role of carbohydrates in a diet?
do you know the role of the thyroid gland in dieting and weight control?
do you know why people consume large amounts of protein?

Re: fat burners

OK in that case simply find waht every kid in this country is doing to get the body you want and replicate that as 90% of 17-22 year olds simply have the look you want and have never turned a PC on to try and eat like a pre contest bodybuilder

Re: fat burners

i wouldnt expect that, that many 17-22 year olds do have the look i want though, out of all my mates i have 1 who weighs more thn me and has a bf% lower than me, a few have high bf% ie 17%+ and the rest weigh less than me most around the 140lbs mark but with higher bf%.

i would imagine very few 17-22 year olds have 10%bf or ess or even abs showing well might just be my area like lol.

i know most people on here advise gain muscle, get bigger, (most likley due to the site lol hahah) but , i really dont want to move higher than 170lbs (for comp reasons) but want my bf% as low as safely poss (yet again for comps). now i went up to 178lbs at 15% from 165lbs at 15% and want to lower it so i finally even out in the long term at low bf% but weighing in at 170lbs, i have never had my bf% under 15, dont know why, i have always ate well, lots of cardio kickboxing , boxing, football. apparently its due to being a endo aswell lol not to sure what that is lol

thnks w

Re: fat burners

Your confusing yourself

when have boxers, kickbowers or footballers used ketogenic diets?
an endo would be short for endo morph, which you are ceratinly not

I assure you if you unlearn all the stuff that is not applicable you will progress far better
