| 100% ON Whey...
Was gonna buy a 10lb bag of this, it's renowned for quality and a favorite around America etc and it can be had for a pretty good price of £52-£55. Just wondering though, whats the best flavour to get? preferably taste good when mixed with oats though, most protein shakes taste like crap and even when mixed with oats made worse, but best I've had is Syntha-6 Vanilla and oats, tastes really good but my body doesn't react well to it, extremely bad gas haha. So thinkin go for Vanilla? I've never bought Optimum Nutrition Whey before hence why im asking as all companies usually have different taste, BSN has a nice smooth creamy taste whilst the MET-RX stuff I had tasted bland and chemical. Strawberry is nice - my fiance loves that. I like their chocolate.
The BSN stuff does just have an amazing flavour.

rocky road (toffee) is the best by far.
I like optimum....it's done good for me.

Gold standard are the best tasting IMO, rocky road is brilliant is the best of them that I have tried ( which is most). Not cheap but very tastey | |

aye choco or strawberry ive tried and both are lush, i find i can use strawberry in more recipes though, best with oats etc
