Protein for ladys

Hi guys need a little help for my wife shes just started getting into the gym big time i think its to keep an eye on me really lol she is using maximuscle diet in the morning with some oats and then straight after her gym session of cardio am/pm and weights she carb cycling also just to lose weight is there a simular product out there which is better for her ? as you dont really great value for money with maxi stuff thanks for all your help

Dude - protein's, protein. There isn't really any specific brand for females TBH.

If she wants to watch her carbs, get her on something more whey with little to no carbs.

I know CNP have got a protein Supplement for Woman, but iv no idea the benifits its got over Regular Protein, as Protein is Protein in my Eyes.
