 | Thermalean advice needed please http://www.discount-supplements.co.u...atsnew&id=8278 Hello all I have bought the above to see how they do. I did take Thermalean about a year ago with success, but these ones are different? The bottle states 1 per day, which im taking with breakfast. On a spanish site they said i could take 2 per day, (after i get used to it) 1 at breakie, 1 at lunch, what do you guys think? 850mg Proprietary Blend Synephrine HCL, Caffeine Anhydrous USP, White Willow Bark (standardised for 15% Salicin) Coleus Forsolli (20%) Cayenne Pepper, Guggulsterones (10-12% Guggulsterones ) Bioperine Other Ingrediants: Magnesium Stearate, Steric Acid, Gelatin Cheers Rob |

 | Re: Thermalean advice needed please Realistically they will burn very little fat bitter orange is a poor thermogenic TBH If you want the stimulant effect of 2 pills, 2 pills it is If you want the 'fat burning' of 2 pills it aint gonna be much more than 1 and 1 aint much more than none with said product you may wish to regulate length and dose of this product to avoid potential long term issues

| Re: Thermalean advice needed please my point is: they dont burn fat of note they are a stimulant, be careful i wouldnt use them i dont advocate the use of any such products
