Is this a sutibale MRP?

I was thinkin about buying MRPS to help acheive roughly 5-6 meals a day and therforeaim to loose weight, I really only use this to take to work when I cant just stop and eat.

I nearly bought some, but someone said that its equally us useful to use whey with oats, hence protein and carbs, would you agree?

This is that my homemade MRP looks like

2 scoops unflavoured whey
2 scoops Oats
1 Teaspoon coffee (yeah sounds random, but adds to the flavour lol)
I teaspon Splenda (as above lol)

Would you say this is ok to consume once or twice a day as an MRP?

Mark

Re: Is this a sutibale MRP?

TBH i would try to stay away from MRP's but as we all know with work etc we dont all get time to eat when/what we are supposed to eat.

There are couple of good recipes on here and if you cant have a MRP or you cant find one that you like then i would say to have a protein bar which again there are loads of recipes on here on how to do them!

I personally would rather have a protein bar then a shake as it feels better to actually eat something rather than drink it but thats just me, another thing i would say is have you worked out how many calories this drink is and also have you worked it into your daily macro requirements????
