Carbs in syntha 6
Got some BSN syntha 6 and I'm looking at the carb amounts per serving.

15g carbs per scoop (seems lot for a)
5g complex
2g sugars

So where's the rest?

I'm concerned as it might affect my low carb days.

Tastes great but is far from a good diet powder same goes for muscle milk.

yeh its got some fibre and polydextrose and stuff which bump the carbs up, too tasty to leave out though

lol agree on the taste but my diet is strict so far.

I assumed it was like pro pep.

similar protein blend, but syntha 6 has more Fats carbs and calories than peptide, so yeh if your being real strict pro pep all the way
