Taking supps abroad ?
Is this ok ?

im going to a sports facility abroad for a week and want
to take protein, glucose etc ?

Lanzarote, Club La santa.

Its a fairly big well know sports place, but i dont know if the have supplement shops there.

yeh should be fine i used to live in tenerife and took supps back there loads of times
