![]() | Which supplements Hi, I've been training for a few weeks now and I'm quite happy with my progress. I started at 16 stone with a body fat of 38.6% (I know...lard ass:() My weight is down by 12 lbs to 15 stone 2 and body fat down to 33.9. I have started taking a protien shake after training. My aim is to get my body fat down to around 20% (To start with) while keeping as much muscle as possible. I train 3 times a week using a 2 way split. (Each body part trained 3 times every 2 weeks). I also do 20 mins on the rowing machine 4 days a week before breakfast. Are there any other supplements which will help with my progress? I should add that I'm on a limited budget at the moment. Any advice greatly appreciated. Cheers:beer1:....Gumbob |
