![]() | I bought CNP Pro-Mass, but while they are a good brand, I didnt realise mass gainers are basically empty-calorie fodders. MASSGAINER/MEAL REPLACEMENT (breakfast most days): 1 Bannana 500ml milk 500ml water 2 scoops whey 1 scoop oats 1 scoop CNP Pro-Mass The Pro-mass bit is just to get rid of it really, but it should be okay because its got some milcellar caesin and maltodextrin in it. Pre Workout- 1 scoop whey with skimme milk Post Workout- 1.5 scoops whey with water (shuddering at the thought of unflavoured whey in water, but can;t be assed taking milk to gym) Some Cashew Nuts :gun::gun::gun: |
