![]() | Im skinny and... Well I currently do thai boxing and have been at it for about a year now and I know i'm really skinny so i've decided I want to "pad myself out" a little to get some more power into my techniques, apart from working out what would of nutritional suppliments should I be looking at mostly? I've heard the Cyclone from Maximuscle is good for this. Any replies would be helpful. Thanks. |

| Getting HUGE! | Re: Im skinny and... Id use some sort of Creatine mate, but you will need to try a few. As sometimes you can get bloating from some powders. I tend to use CNP Creatine, its in the form of tablets gives me NO bloating, but if i use powder stuff i tend to bloat a little. Geo |

If you're not eating enough, all the supplements in the world won't make a difference (well, not much). Supplements are exactly that - they supplement your diet to plug a few gaps. Post your diet up and then people can determine what supplements you need. (BTW Maximuscle is a dirty word round here for some. Overpriced and overhyped.)

Currently I think my diet is ok, mostly consists of Chicken, Rice, potatoe but I do tend to snack out on macdonalds every now and again, and I do eat alot, so i'm really not sure why I dont put any weight on.I'll try what you said and give myprotein.co.uk a go.
