![]() | BCAA & L-Glutamine Just brought some of each in powder form from Myprotein. I was thinking 10g L-glutamine and 5g bcaa in my pwo shake also thinking 5g of each in my breakfast shake? do these figures sound about right for my daily intake of both? Many thanks.. |

I would down it with some grape juice/cordial etc and keep the glutamine in breakfast and PWO/evening shake. No need to go overboard with either, 10g a day of each will suffice.

There are loads of BCAAs in Whey anyway, presuming you take 2+ servings IMO that would be enough. TH&S cheers for that I will have a look, I bought some of this stuff a few weeks ago and I'm looking into ways of taking it.
