Hi all,

With so many supplements on the market and claiming to be the best at what its meant to do tho alot dont.Has anyone bought a supplement for muscle growth that they can actually say it is great well except for steroids ten years ago(been there have the teeshirt).My diet and training is spot on so in time im looking something that is good at giving a boost for muscle growth when i get to sticking points etc.Anyone that has tried and tested any good supplements for this please give me your views.

I'm a bit confused,you say you have taken steroids and that your diet and training are spot on.

Then surely you realise that you are not going to find any supplement that is going to have the same effect as AAS.

Unless i'm misreading your post,it suggests you did not see any gains from your use? or is it a case of not wanting to go down that path again?

Hi should have explained better m8.I know that any other supplement wont be near as good as roids but want one that will help as alot of supplements dont do exactly as they should do.I got massive gains on roids in my twenties,up to competition level but took too many oral roids and done damage to my liver and was very ill.Saying that my liver is fine now but i just dont want to go down that road again as i have been there have the tee shirt so to speak.Wanted to see who here has had good results taking something different.Even if i was wanting to take steroids again im nowhere near in shape yet to do so as im only back a few weeks after being away for 10 years,so its really just a boost from a supplement im looking to take that does what it says on the tin.

As for supps,aside from creatine(try the kre alk variety) and some of the preworkout drinks(no explode,dorian yates' crazy sh1t etc) which give a bit of a kick,i am yet to find anything

Yes mate think i will try the creatine after i drop a couple of stone in weight.Will take a look at pre workout drinks also.
