![]() | another PWO question :( Just getting back into the lifting at 38 yrs old:confused: (mid life crisis lol) anyway am doing 3 day split Age: 38 Height: 6'8" Weight: 277lbs Bodyfat:.............. How bl**dy much????? about 25% ok maybe nearer 30 ![]() Last couple of months done some conditioning just starting on 3 day week. Monday Bench Press 3 x 8-10 Flye 3 x 8-10 Close Grip Bench 3 x 8-10 Lat Pulldowns ( Close Grip Palms In ) Bent Over Rows ( Wide Grip Palms To The Floor) Seated Row Shrugs all 3 x 8-10 Wednesday Squat DeadLift Leg Ext Leg Curl above all 3 x 8-10 Standing Calf Raises 3 x 10-12 Cable Crunches 3 x 10-12 Cable Oblique Cruches 3 x 10-12 Friday Upright Row DB Lateral Raise DB Shoulder Press Barbell Curl DB Alternate Curl Preacher Curl Single Arm Tricep Pushdowns Seated Tricep Press all 3 x 8-10 I am using currently soya isolate almost out but already have a big bucket of whey from BP. PWO @ min = 40-50g soya (soon to be whey) 60g oats (as i am trying to reduce BF%) heaped teaspoon of peanut butter heaped teaspoon of honey blended with half skimmed milk half water you guys probably think this is crap but do you have any suggestions on this or how to change it without buying L-Glt etc also have some CEE on the way so that could be added to Pre or post. cheers and sorry for how many of these you guys and gals get.. ![]() |

It can be done at our age so don't let that put you off. PWO I have: 40g Protein 60g WMS (Waxy Maise Starch) with water, and a few other bits do a search on this and you'll get the full range. With regards to yours Oats are fine but WMS is a lot better I'd drop the Peanut Butter, Honey and Skimmed Milk, maybe some glucose instead and deffo water. But I'm no expert in this field so bump for someone who is. |
