Does anyone use these? i noticed theres a hell of a lotta sugar in them. Good or Bad?

Never heard of it but i did once climb a waterfall called dunns falls is that helpful.....thought not

I mix it with guiness and make a punch with it. You wouldn't understand it's a Carribean thing. It's not supposed to replace whey, but it isn't that bad.
