Casein...

Was thinking that before bed I'd be looking at a good supplement to take along with some food to keep the body fed during the fasted state, had a friend that recommended me syntha-6 but I'd rather see other options. Was thinking of the milk protein concentrate, micellar protein from myprotein.co.uk. But any ideas or experiences would be appreciated, cheers.

Also some side questions if anyone feels up to answering them I'd appreciate it. Dextrose or WMS in the post workout shake? I was thinking WMS due to the carbs being of starch and not of simple sugars but yeah some help on that would be great, thanks.

Cheers. MPC is slow digesting though, hence the reason it would be ideal for before bed to last till morning? so def stick with the MPC from myprotein rather than buying some of this other stuff like syntha 6 or branded like supplements. I'll get some WMS.

For whey protein, is the whey protein from myprotein fine? I did get some unflavoured before, it was pretty bad tbh haha but I thought it was quality stuff I'd just have to get a flavoured one this time. Just the protein percentages such as 80% for their whey and say optimum nutritions 100% whey. Really make a large difference? (bulking). Cheers.
