![]() | Hello Am I Doing It Right. I have just started training again and my wife got me some Tribluis and Amino and Whey Protein also a tub of Met-x Creatine,i use to train very hard many years ago but just stopped due to house and kids but now i ahve the chance i am back again and even more bitten with it. Heres' the question I work 12 hour shifts nites and days, when i am nites i have a bowl of oates in the morining when i get home with a protien drink with creatine and 2 Tribulis and 2 Amino Tabs and then go to bed,i then rise about 2 in the afternoon and have some more oats and then train about 45mins later, after training i have a big whey drink around 40g,also eating some tuna and a boiled egg. I will then eat a couple of Bananas and then off to work were i eat my dinner which is mainly fish and chicken as i don't eat red meat. When i am on days its harder as i get up at 4:30 and don't get home untill 19:30 at nite but i try to keep the same eating arrangements. Can anyone tell if i am doing this wrong way or the right way ,and whats the best way to get the best results from the supplements. Reagrds Shifty.............. |

It's hard to deterimine what your eating and when, here's an example: 0800 100gs oats, 40g whey, 4 fish oils 1100 2 jacket potato, fish (varies), salad 1300 100g rice, chicken breast, extra virgin olive oil, avacaro and veg 1500 shake - 100g oats, 60 whey, flax 1730 jacket potato, chicken, veg 1845 trains 1945 post workout shake 2145 100g cheese, 1 tin sardines and salad with olive oil and serving of mixed nuts thats an example of a diet, no doubt whats being eaten and when. Trib is vertualy useless, met-rx is over priced and amino acid tablets are just condensed whey protein powder and so are a rip off. For supplements all you need is some protein powder which can be bought at a reasonable price from the board sponsors. |
