Great for lowering cholesterol and lowering the GL of foods.

I don't know your condition and I am no doctor. If it is stool problems then psyllium husk's would be awesome. If it is cardiovascular system then pectin would be good. One is solable and the other is not. Blond stools are probably not good, I have had that before, even had dark urine with it. Can you tell me why the liver in your opinion is compromised? Do you have any blood work suggesting this? If so, can you go into more detail about your condition? I would love to learn more, just for my own benefit, I would love to help you and I would love to learn more about your situation. Hope you dont mind mate..... I am all ears....
