![]() ![]() | PRE-WORKOUT hi guys at the moment pre-workout im eating 2 bannanas and a whey and creatine shake , is there anything else i should be adding or is there something better i should be having . seen loads of energy type drinks like no-xplode ect ect what do you guys recomend as a good pre-workout drink . any advice greatly receved :confused: |
