The stuff ive been getting for 2 months

Just a curious, it looked good on a rack in the gym and was wondering if it was actually any good or ive been wasteing my money.

It's "Vital Strength" Total protein powder

It claims
"Unique blend of whey isolate, soy isolate & egg white proteins"

"Micronised Creatine for increased cell volumisation"

"Low fat formula"

That didn't sell me right away because I had no idea what it was. I knew what the words were but I wasn't sure if the blend was good or rubbish. So naturally I looked on the nutrition information.

Serving size = 40g
Rec. Daily Intake = 2

per 40g serve per 40g serve with 400ml non fat milk
Protein 36g 55g

That all I really looked at. It also has a "Typical Amino Acid Profile" list if that helps anyone.. I can list that later on too..

My question is.. Am I wasting my money or does this stuff sound like it is good? I guess it has helped me gain a bit of mass. (I am about to post a before and after pic so far in the picture section so head over there soon ;))

Whey, soy and egg get digested at different times. Whey gets in and out of the body. Great for post work outs. Egg is second fastest, and soy last. This will give you an even protein over a longer period of time.
Soy for women is great for breast cancer.
Jack LaLane drinks a soy protein shake in the morning. That guy has to be 90 ;)

So it's good if I take it post workout than?

If it helps - I just had one before, and I have read somewhere that creatine puts water into your muscles.. My pecs feel sort of wobbly... Would this because of the creatine or what?

Protein. Get it from food
To my knoledge, it is the most natural.
Fish for starters. Omega 3 fatty acid. Best protein.
Clean the arteries it will.

I will still have a post workout shake along with a big meal but most of my protein intake every day is from food.
