  | Liquid Creatine Out of interest, have any of you guys had any GOOD experiences with liquid creatine? We've been contacted recently by the main manufacturers of liquid creatine with respect to stocking their products. Whilst we're always looking to increase our range of products, at this point we dont plan to take this brand on because of the controversy surrounding liquid creatine - in that it has been found to contain no actual creatine in various lab tests. In their most recent literature the manufacter has explained this by saying something like 'the creatine in our liquid formula is bonded in such a way that its undetectable'. I'm interested to hear from anyone who has taken liquid creatine, if they felt that it worked. There was one guy back at our gym who swore blind to me that it worked for him, even once I showed him the lab tests on the net. He's the only one though...

| load of rubbish mate. i wouldnt touch it with a barge pole. I have had loads of mates who tried it and said it did nothing. without sounding funny, i find a lot of 'newbies' who tried it mayt say it works for them, as it is a placebo and they dont know how their body reacts with 'proper creatine' etc.. (hope that has come across ok and makes sense), this is why i only trust the views of my mates who know their bodies well, and not one of them rates it.

| Yeah, I thought it was probably the 'placebo' effect that the guy I mentioned was experiencing.

  | From what I have read (never tried) it is garbage. I have not bought any because of the negetive reading.
