Re: which supplement ????

I would advice you to use the search button, this question has been answered many times before.

Personally I use

Cod liver oil
Animal Pak for vits
ON Whey choc/vanilla (don`t bother with the expensive 5lbs tubs, buy a 10lbs bag instead)
vitamin C, minerals (Calcium, Mg, Zinc, Copper), joint support stuff from h&b
finally caffeine tablets

These things work 100%
I don`t buy crap labeled as `supplements` that don`t worth spending the money on thankyouverymuch

well m8 honestly if you want advice on saving money i wouldnt buy that many supps as they are far too over rated and they cost a bomb!

Just get the ones that are for your general health that i have listed and believe it or not but the fish oils actually help with muscle development!

Re: which supplement ????

as for getting injured cut your days training down m8 you will honestly see the difference and do things like compounds and then you can always do isolation moves later on when you want definition!
