Supplementation

Ladies and gentlemen , I'm after a tight lean figure. No bulking.

What sort of supplements should I consider to buy in your opinion?

Since I am a beginner, I have done some research, but there is always a negative of some sort attached to each supplement so ditch that. I'd rather have the opinion of people with experience on supplementation.

I don't know whether it matters much, I'm female.

Re: Supplementation

Diet and cardio are key not supplements.

If you need help/suggestions with your current diet post it up in the correct section.

Re: Supplementation

Yes, ofcourse he didn't say that. lol, which is why I questioned him (?)

All I asked was what supplements from everyones person experience would aid in leaning out and, then I will do the necessary research into it.

It seems I probably won't be getting the help I need here.

Thankyou anyway.

You will get all the help you need here so please don't take Para's comments the wrong way. He is absolutely right that diet and cardio are the key. Once you have posted your diet and training routine it will be easier for people to give you useful advice on supplementation.

Wow,calm down!

You will get plenty of good advice regarding diet if you post your current one up.

Maybe i could have been clearer,so i apologise if you took my post the wrong way or i caused you confusion.(thanks to Ecks for the clarity!)

Supplements are useful and convenient and as such i use protein powders, fish oil, multi vit, creatine and bcaa's amongst others.Hope this helps thus far.

so you want us to say "take this or that supplement and you will be tight and lean"well mate no supplement will do that without cardio and diet which is what Para was getting at....

now calm down and listen to the more experianced guys and you will benefit or you can stay on your high horse and learn nothing your choice really...
