L glutamine

Are the tablets as good as the powder?

I find it difficult to consume the powder, the gritty texture makes me want to throw up.

Re: L glutamine

The amount you get from tablet form would be a lot lower than powder ... do you have the same trouble with protein shakes? If not then you could try a whey protein mix with glutamine in aswell like USN pure protein IGF. Im going to give it a whirl when my micro whey runs out.

Yea I also have difficulty consuming protein drinks. Horrible tasting, texture etc.

The thing is, if powder Glutamine is still alot better off over the tablets then I'll make do with powder.

Same with protein, its important so I have to adjust to it somehow.

Re: L glutamine

Yes glutamine powderis pretty much tasteless and cheap! The tablets require lots of taking and also are full of extra fillers that you don't need... Go for the powder.

If you want to flavour just add some cordial, you won't taste a thing.

Thanks
